Pioneered and managed a hosted service-based consumer marketing technology solution. This included leading the definition of a SaaS method of data capture for the client, private cloud hosting infrastructure consolidation of multiple consumer data stores from around the globe, defining a training curriculum for the solution use globally and a road-map towards the business intelligence to be realized from consumer opted-in information captured. Also instituted a data quality governance program to proactively measure and manage agency provided consumer data by region across the globe.
The overall implementation was a multi-year, multi-phased, multi-region Agile data management work effort generating incremental business value in each quarterly release leading a global service team of ~80+ professionals with office locations in the U.S., Mexico, India, Philippines, Switzerland, Poland, U.K. and China. Resulted in ~$90MM short-term cost savings in infrastructure and agency consolidation for P&G. Per brand, P&G also realized double digit consumer engagement lift and a range of 3%-23% net outside sales lift per campaign.
Orchestrated marketing data technology service delivery and engagement managed operations across complex and diverse organization teams, regulatory policy, and process both internal and external. Solution suite included development of Epsilon software client customizations (end-customer experience through data foundation management and integrations), release rollouts, regulatory audit support and documentation, and white-glove managed service support (24/7).
Work executed in a 80/20 hybrid Waterfall/Agile(SAFe) methodology based on work alignment with the client. Result was improved cost efficiency for Wells Fargo and Rewards messaging agility with their clients that saw a range of 2% to 10% lift in customer engagement throughout the program.
Managed a hosted hybrid on-premise, public cloud (AWS) enterprise data warehouse solution used to improve analytic operations such as forecasting, inventory management and supply chain visibility, asset monitoring, sustainable business practices and resource optimization/compliance/risk visualized through various business intelligence dashboards.
This included defining data residency and transfer methods of data capture for the client, public cloud hosting infrastructure and blend with on-premise infrastructure, consolidation of multiple operations data stores from around the globe leading a global service team of ~50 professionals with office locations in the U.S., India, U.K., Poland and China.
As Industry Consultant /Senior Director, Product, led the collaborative and dynamic planning process to develop a commercially viable D2C SaaS marketing campaign and data management solution. This was an end-to-end solution development effort that included quarterly release updates, managed services notes, third party software canonical integrations, and pricing. The result was the commercialization of a new hybrid public cloud (AWS) or private cloud based Software-as-a-Service business model for marketing and analytics capability (branded as Integrated Consumer Insight), alignment with combined Enterprise Process Products, Technology, Marketing technology, and Solution Go-To-Market (GTM) roadmap strategies for Teradata products/solutions. Solution development included plugs to adapt to a B2B model if client required.

Governance leadership provided for master data stewardship partnerships, risk and technology evaluations. Solution design reviews and standards compliance as chair of the Architecture Review Board and Enterprise Architecture leader.
As Director and lead architect, implemented a centralized service oriented universal customer data architecture. Underlying solution includes a blend of third party commercial-off-the-shelf foundation coupled with custom integrations to both in-house and external software suites. This resulted in a rationalization and consolidation of 100+MM customer records, customer data quality efficiencies and a stable platform for successful CRM operational use and analytic feeds on time an on budget resulting in better customer experiences across all stores and LOB.
As a Client Services Partner, led targeted strategic account sales and delivery leadership for all Professional Services opportunities. Oversight of all delivery work efforts at various accounts. As a Principal Consultant, Advisory, led Advisory engagements in delivering within various categories, Data Strategy, Data Analytics Strategy and Organizational compositions, general Data Center migrations/consolidations, IT strategy, M&A IT Integration strategy, EUC, ESM, and OCM assessments. Results were advisory recommendations leading to implementations following an outlined roadmap or increased productivity with suggested infrastructure/software enhancements.
